Follow These Simple Steps to Participate in the Mega Lucky Draw

Find the details printed on the back of the packet and take a clear photograph of them.

Fill in your information in the form below and upload the photograph of the packet.

Important

• The photograph of the details printed on the back of the packet must be clear and readable.

• If selected as a winner, you must present the original empty Arize® packet for verification.

• The details printed on the packet must match the details shown in the photograph uploaded with your Lucky Draw entry.

• If the packet details do not match the uploaded photograph, your entry may be disqualified.

• If you are unable to produce the empty packet during verification, you will not be eligible to receive the prize and your winner status will be cancelled.

• The Organizer reserves the final right to verify and confirm the eligibility of winners.

1. Organizer

This Lucky Draw is organized and conducted by CropNXT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Organizer").

2. Eligibility

• The Lucky Draw is open to residents of (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chattisgarh) aged 18 years or above.

• Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

• Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Participation

• Participants must complete the registration form with accurate and valid information.

• Only 5 entry per person/mobile number is permitted unless otherwise specified.

• Multiple, incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Promotion Period

• The Lucky Draw will run from [10 June 2026] to [20 June 2026].

• Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

5. Prize Details

• The prizes available under this Lucky Draw are as displayed on the website and promotional materials.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• CropNXT will cover the ex-showroom price of the bike, while all additional expenses, including registration and insurance, will be the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by the Organizer.

• The Organizer's decision regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.

• No correspondence or disputes regarding the selection process will be entertained.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified through the contact details provided during registration.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Verification

• Winners may be required to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility.

• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time may result in disqualification.

9. Publicity

• By participating, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name, city, photograph, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws.

10. Data Privacy

• Personal information collected during participation will be used solely for the administration of the Lucky Draw and related communications.

• The Organizer will handle participant data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process.

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer shall not be responsible for technical failures, network issues, lost entries, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Lucky Draw or acceptance/use of any prize.

13. Modification or Cancellation

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
